Tremendous Cheesy Pepperoni Stromboli

Instructions:
 
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
Step 3: Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Step 4: Layer the pepperoni slices over the cheese.
Step 5: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.
Step 6: Carefully roll the dough from one long side to the other, tucking the ends in as you go.
Step 7: Place the stromboli seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
Step 8: Brush the top with the beaten egg to give it a golden brown finish.
Step 9: Cut a few small slits on the top to allow steam to escape.
Step 10: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Step 11: Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving with marinara sauce for dipping.

Serve the stromboli with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
If any leftovers remain, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for a crispier texture.

You can add extra toppings like mushrooms or olives to customize the stromboli to your taste.
For a vegetarian option, omit the pepperoni and replace it with sautéed vegetables.
