INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Prep the Air Fryer

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease the air fryer basket or tray to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Cook the Filling

Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the sliced onion and bell pepper until softened and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned and tender, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Assemble the Wraps

Lay a flour tortilla flat and place a slice of Provolone cheese in the center. Add a generous portion of the beef, onion, and bell pepper mixture on top of the cheese. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.

Step 4: Air Fry the Wraps

Lightly brush or spray the tops with oil to help them crisp up. Arrange the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wraps are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
