2 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning

4 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, and celery, cooking until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
