Crockpot Creamy Potato & Hamburger Soup is a hearty and comforting dish that combines tender chunks of potatoes, seasoned ground beef, and a creamy broth, all cooked together in a slow cooker for maximum flavor and convenience.
To prepare this soup, diced potatoes, browned ground beef, onions, carrots, and celery are typically added to a crockpot along with a flavorful broth made from a combination of beef or chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, and seasonings like garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper.
As the soup simmers low and slow in the crockpot, the potatoes become tender and infused with the savory flavors of the broth, while the ground beef adds richness and depth to the dish. The addition of cream of mushroom soup creates a creamy texture that coats every spoonful with luxurious comfort.
Once the soup is cooked to perfection, it’s typically garnished with fresh parsley or chives for a pop of color and freshness before serving.
