Ingredients:
• 1 “party size” bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos (14 ounces)
• 1 ½ – 2 pounds ground beef
• 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cheddar cheese soup
• 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of chicken soup
• 1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk
• 1 can (4 ounce) diced green chilies
• 2-3 cups shredded Mexican cheese
• 1 packet taco seasoning (optional)
• Sour cream, for serving
• Diced green onion, for serving
• Sliced cherry tomatoes, for serving
• Sliced avocado or guacamole, for serving
• Salsa, for serving


Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Brown the ground beef in a large pan, then drain off the fat. If you’re using taco seasoning, mix it in well with the meat.
3. In the same pan, add the cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and diced green chilies to the ground beef. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until it’s all bubbly.
4. Prepare a baking dish by spraying it with non-stick spray.
5. Layer half of the Doritos on the bottom of the baking dish, breaking them up a bit.
6. Spoon half of the meat mixture over the chips.
7. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the meat layer.
8. Repeat the layers of chips, meat, and cheese with the remaining ingredients.
9. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is all melty and the casserole is heated through.
